Please be advised that we thoroughly inspect and test each product prior to shipment to insure that said product
is in good, proper working condition.
We ship our products throughout the United States as well as Internationally.
We can add a personal note to each item, if desired, free of charge.
All orders are processed immediately and shipped the same day if desired item is in stock. If out-of-stock, we
will inform you of the tentative date of availability within 48 hours.
Please be sure to provide accurate information including name, address and phone numbers. In the event an
incorrect address is provided after it has been shipped, another shipping fee of either $9.95 (Continental US) or
$29.95 (International) will be charged.
Orders that are not cancelled within 12 hours from the time the order is placed are charged a non-refundable
handling fee of $20.00.
If any product is received and found to be defective and not in proper working condition, notice must be provided to us
either by fax (215-438-7404), e-mail (Baxelrod@Comcast.Net) or by phone (800-468-3530) within Seven (7) days of
receipt of the product. A returned shipping fee of 50% of the shipping cost is required. In the event the container was
damaged during delivery, a claim can be filed with UPS directly for the price of said product and shipping fees which
must be filed within Twenty (20) days of receipt of the item.
