If you have a clock that is damaged in shipping you must notify us at once by e-mail or phone to get instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive the damaged clock, we will proceed with sending out a new one.


If you are unhappy with your purchase you must notify us as soon as possible to make arrangements to return. We will not accept any returns without prior authorization. You must ship it back in the original packaging. Credit cards will be credited only after receipt of merchandise in original packaging. If we receive clock minus original packaging, we will have to deduct some of the refund to cover the packaging.
