Listed as Troybuilt factory authorized service, communicate well. pick up was punctual. They were buried in work, but told the truth when it would be ready; kept posted during the repair, and know their machinery, dropped off ahead of appointment due to weather predicted. locally owned, highly recommended.

I took my Harley softtail to Jack for custom leather work and he put together the most incredible snakeskin bike in boston, including rattlesnake head on tank bra and tail behind the custom python snakeskin solo seat. Incredible leather work and detailing. Couldn't be happier with my white leather saddlebags with detailed python snakeskin and weather tight outside pockets for easy access to my electronics, custom windshield leather bag and kickass python tassles. Stunning work.
Harry and Dave just rebuilt my engine from 96 to 103, including pressure release cams so the engine starts right up, and a full rebuild of my front end for incredible handling built to my weight and style of riding. 200% confidence going hot into the tightest turns. The roar from my V&H big radius pipes became even lower, sexier and incredibly powerful; the HP grew from 53 to 103 at the rear wheel and the tork, OMG the tork...
I trust Jack, Harry and Dave for all my bike work. They are the most creative, knowledgeable mechanics and leather artists. This is my little shop of harley heaven.

I called Bikers Outfitter a couple of weeks ago. I had a flat tire on my Harley. They made arrangements to come pick up my bike from my house. The guys there were very nice. They picked up the bike for free They quoted me a great price on a rear tire. I couldn't believe it they had the bike ready the following morning. I also had them do the 5000 mile service. They beat the dealer price by over $100. I am really impressed with their work. I finally found a place that has reasonable prices as well, without the typical bike shop attitude. They also had tons of cool accessories and helmets. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Don't Let the Name Fool You! Oh sure they can outfit you and your bike to a T, but this gem of a shop has skilled techs that can work on all kinds of bikes with all sorts of various problems. My bike was running real rough, so I called the Ducati dealer to see how much it would be to look at. They told me around $900, due to it needing the 6K tuneup and because of how old it is, so it would also need the timing belt. Whaaaat??? I just need it to run right.. My buddy Mike Fav suggested bringing my Ducati to see Harry at Biker's Outfitter, because he does great honest work. Sure enough my $900 tuneup, which wouldn't have guaranteed to fix the main problem, ended up being a fuel tank vacuum leak. That's $0 in parts and 2 1/2 hrs labor for $200. I'll gladly pay that. Thx Harry
Biker's Outfitters are the real deal. Wish I found them before. Cool shop, cool gear, cool guys. This weekend - custom install of new leather saddlebags built on site.
