Payment Terms We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or payment made via PayPal. International customers must pay any custom charges, VAT, taxes, or other costs, in addition to the shipping charge. Prices Prices are subject to change without notice. We try to avoid mid-year price changes, but reserve the right to adjust prices if our costs increase. Additionally, in the event a mistake was made in our price list or catalog, we reserve the right to bill at the prevailing prices in place at the time of shipment with customer approval
Drop Shipments Some items that we manufacture may be shipped through one of our suppliers. This expedites shipping in most cases and allows you to get your order faster. If you receive an order that is incorrect from a drop shipment from one of our suppliers, do not call the shipper. You must contact us for any return authorizations or errors.
Backorders For your convenience, backorders are tracked electronically and will be shipped automatically. If a backorder is over 90 days, we will ship, pending approval Damaged Shipments Should a shipment arrive in damaged cartons, sign only for the packages received and be sure to indicate that they arrived damaged, keep the cartons and inspect the merchandise for damage or shortages. Notify us immediately if necessary. Please have the invoice number available when you call.
Cancelling Orders Customers may cancel any orders before the order has been processed. We cannot guarantee the cancellation of any new orders until we receive written confirmation from our shipping warehouse. Cancellation requests after we have shipped and before customer has received product(s) will be charged freight and handling. The customer must then return the product freight pre-paid with the original packaging unopened to receive a full refund on the goods minus freight. Insuring goods is the customer's responsibility. All items listed in the used or clearance category cannot be refunded or exchanged. Request for refund of non-defective goods after receipt will be charged a restocking fee of 20% minimum. After 30 days, all sales are final. Items that are not in stock that must be ordered or items that are special ordered cannot be cancelled after we have placed the order. Customer will be notified if item cannot be shipped immediately. In some circumstances, items can be cancelled if our suppliers have not shipped the item yet and we can cancel the order. If special order items are ordered by us through our suppliers for the customer, items cannot be cancelled once the item has shipped from our supplier. A 20% restocking fee and shipping charges may apply to all these circumstances. We do not accept returns on any and all electrical parts.
Should you receive an order with a missing item or an extra item is included (but not invoiced), please contact our customer service department. All shortages or overages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the goods. Please have the invoice number available when you call. |
Limited and Lifetime Warranty |
BIKER’S OUTFITTER warrants that any BIKER’S OUTFITTER products sold hereunder, shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the consumer excepting the following provisions:
